Beginner/Gentle Yoga - A foundation class for beginners, or an experienced yogi looking to slow down their practice.  Focus is on alignment and the breath. Relax and Enjoy.. 50 Minute


Slow & Deep Yoga - Yoga practiced at slow pace that connects breath to movement and deep stretches with longer holds that stimulate the joints and give the body the chance to stretch deeper. This dynamic combination will help build endurance, strength with therapeutic effect. Leave feeling centered, relaxed. 55 Minute


Rise & Shine Yoga - Kick-start your morning with a 45-minute all-levels Yoga class that focuses on deep stretches to unlock creativity. Learn how to begin the day focused on your breath and energy, and enjoy the benefits of mindfulness.. 45 Minute


Intermediate Yoga – Learn how to take your basic Yoga posture to the next level with step by step instruction. Once you have the steps, you’ll find it fun and challenging. 45 Minute


Pilates Mix – This is an all level class guaranteed to have you feeling stronger, longer, and leaner. Mat and standing Pilates sequences with weights, balls, and bands will tone, strengthen and unleash your super powers. 55 Minute


Pilates Magic 30 – In just 30 minutes this Pilates total body workout will have you feeling fit and toned. Change how you feel with a Pilates Magic class. 30 Minute


Slow Tone Yoga - Take your Yoga to a different level by adding weights, balls, and/or bands.  Leave feeling stretched and toned all over..  45 Minute
