CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


Total Beginner Yoga or Chair Yoga - A foundation class for beginners, or an experienced yogi looking to slow down their practice.  

Focus is on relaxing and letting go.  

45 Minute


Yoga all levels -  A mixed level flow class that builds endurance, strength, and flexibility.  

Leave feeling centered, detoxed, and relaxed.

Pilates Mat/Barre - This is an all level class guaranteed to have you feeling stronger, longer, and leaner. 

Mat and standing Pilates at the Barre with weights, balls, and bands to tone and strengthen your core and more.

Sit and Get Fit - Chair Yoga, weights and bands. Stay strong and flexible with age.  

Bounce back from injuries and illnesses by staying healthy and fit.  

Basic exercises with light weights and elastic bands for strong bones and muscles.
