Beginner/Gentle Yoga - A foundation class for beginners, or an experienced yogi looking to slow down their practice.  Focus is on alignment and the breath. Relax and Enjoy.. 45 Minute


Deep Stretch Yoga - This dynamic class is sequenced poses that build endurance, strength, and flexibility in body and mind.  Leave feeling centered, detoxed, and relaxed. 45 Minute


Rise & Shine Yoga - Kick-start your morning with a 45-minute all-levels Yoga class that focuses on deep stretches to unlock creativity. Learn how to begin the day focused on your breath and energy, and enjoy the benefits of mindfulness.. 45 Minute


Intermediate Yoga – Learn how to take your basic Yoga posture to the next level with step by step instruction. Once you have the steps, you’ll find it fun and challenging. 45 Minute


Pilates – This is an all level class guaranteed to have you feeling stronger, longer, and leaner. Mat and standing Pilates sequences with weights, balls, and bands will tone, strengthen your core and more. 55 Minute


Barre Yoga - Take your Yoga to a different level by going to the barre with ballet moves and Yoga stretches.  Leave feeling stretched and toned all over..  55 Minute
